The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. How to test this MR

With a 4K monitor, decrease the browser zoom to 90% and see that the date-picker show some weird alignment for days. Switch to this branch and see the date-picker show the calendar correctly to every zoom level down to 25%
