Resolve "Add "paid role" label to role dropdowns"

Merge Request Checklist

How to test

• Enable enterprise license
• Open the following role selectors and check that the Free badges are being displayed:
  • Member invite modal
  • Create team modal
  • Update team modal
  • Members user page
  • Members team page
  • Database/Table Role assignment modal
    • When assigning a new role
    • When updating an already assigned role
• Disable enterprise license
• Check all the role selectors listed above but now they shouldn't mention anything in regards to billable roles
