Support ad hoc filtering in grid view for editor roles and lower

Subtask of #2210 (closed)

Acceptance criteria

• Filtering on public grid view works as before (ad hoc filtering)
• Filtering on collaborative internal grid view:
  • for editor role and lower (e.g. commenter, viewer) the filtering is ad hoc
    • existing filters are visible and can be removed
    • filtering is possible on hidden fields
  • for higher roles (builder, admin) the filtering works as before => it persists
• Adhoc filtering is not available yet for editor and lower on Kanban, Gallery views, it is not possible to filter
• Filtering on personal views is always saved
• Filtering is disabled when browsing templates
• Aggregations are recomputed when filtering ad hoc on grid views (public, shared for editor and lower)
• Filters work the same as before in template browser
