No overriding django default EMAIL_USE_SSL in base.py
Since the EMAIL_USE_SSL is not overrided in config/settings/
files, setting up of smtps (port 465) email SMTP services isn't available.
Proposition: add the overrided value at least into base.py
.
if os.getenv("EMAIL_SMTP", ""):
...
if not EMAIL_USE_TLS:
EMAIL_USE_SSL = bool(os.getenv("EMAIL_SMTP_USE_SSL", ""))
...
and into `env.example
...
# EMAIL_SMTP_USE_SSL
...
Please note that the variables are alternatives.
