Bitbucket migration

Bitbucket shut down its Mercurial service in July this year. Update mirroring of most of the projects formerly hosted there. (There are a few I couldn't find new repositories for.)

Most of them converted from Mercurial to Git, so introduce new mirrors for them and mark the old ones as obsolete.

Depends on !48 (merged).
