Update gettext and epiphany
Epiphany 3.22.7 fails to build for me with BuildStream. Let's update to the latest release. This requires updating Gettext.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
