Update to GCC 7.1 for stage1 and stage2 bootstrap (!36) · Merge requests · baserock / definitions

I've tested bootstrapping a few different architectures with my BuildStream-converted definitions, I'm assuming upstream ones will work the same.

The final GCC is still GCC 5, this only affects the bootstrap. I'll do a patch to update the final GCC once I can test it a bit more.
