fix: tuples not list

Ino Murko requested to merge InoMurko/erlang-rocksdb:fix_prefix_transform_types into master

Setting prefix_extractor and running dialyzer pointed this out. Based on argument parsing in erocksdb_db.cc they should be tuples only.
