Add basic node launch tests to driver nodes

Summary

Add basic node launch tests to driver nodes. The following nodes have tests added:

  • lgsvl_interface
  • ssc_interface
  • xsens_node - launch tests added for both the nodes xsens_imu_node and xsens_gps_node, however these failed with exit code 2 due to not having a device attached.

The spinnaker_camera_node already contains a very similar test therefore no additional test was added.
