Description

This adds overview for architecture design for next ODD and use case after AVP.

Notes for Reviewer

This relates to the issue #403 (closed). The Use Case section a rough idea for next challenge after ODD, which will be dealing with more traffic rules and complicated situations in real public road. I believe this will be discussed in detail in ODD WG, but we needed at least some basis before designing architecture.
