  • Update gear msg
  • Enable to receive negative velocity

Implementation considerations

This MR is related to !core_planning#8 (closed) and !messages#2 (closed). This feature should work after merging implementaions to enable backward moving in core planning. This feature needs field testing on real vehicle.
