carla_autoware_bridge: Update name carla debian package
Fixed documentation
This MR updates the name of the carla debian package from carla to carla-simulator in the installation steps. The debian package name has been modified recently due to name conflicts with newer Ubuntu versions (https://github.com/carla-simulator/carla/issues/2770).
