update gitignore (bb4gg generated files, editors)
Until #17 (closed) is implemented, it can often happen that bb4gg is executed
for testing purposes from within the repository, leaving behind a
couple of *.dat files and robots.txt.
Hence add files generated by bb4gg instances to gitignore.
