Created an openSUSE Tumbleweed guide geared toward ASUS laptops

Corey Bailey requested to merge BeatTE/website:opensuse_guide into main

Based on the Discord discussions, I took a stab at creating a first draft of an openSUSE Tumbleweed guide for the asus-linux website. I heavily borrowed from the Fedora and Arch guides, since they have been extremely helpful! I just finished my read through and final tweaks, so I think it should be ready to review.

A fair amount of the information is copied from my personal setup guide, but geared towards general use. I have installed Tumbleweed a few times over the past few months so a lot of the information was still fresh in my head.

I tried to add some considerations for new users that seem to throw people off (myself included). Sometimes openSUSE does things slightly differently enough that it's confusing coming from Fedora and Arch. Existing openSUSE guides/documentation can also be a pain to find, or are old, so I wanted to consolidate resources I've found.
