Preliminary Fedora 35 Updates

This MR includes four main changes to the copy:

1. Fedora's post-install wizard (for setting up user accounts, wifi network, etc) now has a screen dedicated to enabling third party repositories. I added an instruction to enable third party repos here, and removed the corresponding steps in the NVidia driver installation section.
2. (Not strictly F35 related) Added a notice to the Grub configuration for users who enabled full-disk encryption, since they need to know not to delete the configuration text needed for decrypting the root filesystem.
3. Removed power-profiles-daemon from the Asusctl installation step, since F35 includes it out-of-the-box
4. Corrected the changes to /lib/udev/rules.d/61-gdm.rules to reflect the contents of the file in F35.

I should also add new screenshots, but need a chance to repeat the installation procedure to do that. In the meantime, I wanted to get this MR submitted. The existing screenshots are "close enough" that people can probably figure out they're on the right step, so I think this MR can be considered independently of new screenshots.
