Update GPU powersaving guide to include more info

Rewrote a lot of the guide to make more sense, avoid first person, and mainly include more information about the bbswitch patch and how to use it with optimus-manager or bumblebee. Also added warning not to ask for help if bumblebee has issues, because there's no way to fix it really and it's very confusing to debug.
