Add G533QR and 513IH to ledmodes

I saw #102 (closed) was marked as an easy first task, so I implemented it. I've also added my laptop's (ROG Strix 513IH) supported LED modes.

I wonder if other ROG Strix laptops also support the Star mode, given that's the only difference between the 513IH and the group of 3 other SKUs above it in the config file.
