Update paths and variables to follow GNU Make standards

Reworked the make file to attempt to follow some of the GNU standards so packaging/updating may be easier for those building from source.

It also adjusts the install path for the X11 and dbus config as well as the systemd services. These are now installed to "/usr/share/" and "/usr/lib" in accordance with the standards.

Let me know if I missed anything important.
