Better anime options & gumdrop error Display

New changes & option for Anime:

• The old way to turn on/off Anime

asusctl anime --on
asusctl anime --off

will be now:

asusctl anime --turn on
asusctl anime --turn off

• New way to turn on/off Anime effects at boot (Asus effect) & shutdown ("See ya" effect)

asusctl anime --boot on
asusctl anime --boot off

Be careful as turning on/off effects at boot/shutdown will auto reset the last write request loaded.

Also I've fixed gumdrop::Error Display.
