Cache All-Stars images

Ashur Cabrera requested to merge cache-allstars-images into main

Instead of hitting Glitch and whatever other random site every page load, fetch the images and host them locally.

This MR doesn't introduce any kind of optimization or next-gen image conversion, which should appear in a future merge.
