ENH: Add RESCU+ calculator class

Vincent Michaud-Rioux requested to merge vincentmr/ase_rescuplus:feature/rescuplus_calc into master

This is the initial commit for the RESCU+ calculator class. It allows computing the total energy, forces and stresses with the RESCU+ code. A basic example and a logo are found in doc.
