Fixes

Mostly done, though there still is an inconspicuous problem with SWIG -- it acknowledges /usr/local/include and though usr/local/include/arpa2/quick-der.h has been installed into / before it fails on #include <arpa2/quick-der.h> -- which is funny (but nobody's laughing, of course).
