Embed debian build definition files so they get easier to maintain

Manuel Moos requested to merge zmanuel/armagetronad:legacy_0.2.8_debian into legacy_0.2.8

So far, we pull them via pinned git from the launchpad dailydeb repository. Since the dailydeb build process is horrible and inferior to the CI we have here, that source is going to break sooner or later, and having the debian build files here is easier to maintain anyway.
