Added ability to give Apap to someone, at least until new medications come into play (Closes #17 (closed))
Fixed interactions not visible on others
Added new medical items to ACE crates
New ArmaForces supply crate (based on ACE)
Faster wound stitching with higher medical skill (twice faster for doctors)
