bark: park boards on funding-conflict probe errors instead of failing

funding_conflict propagated chain-source errors as a hard AdvanceError instead of parking like every other inconclusive result. Retries still happened via the driver's generic backoff, but lost the proper park reason and log message.

Spotted by CodeRabbit on !2438 (comment 3728641281); applies independently since funding_conflict predates that MR.
