bark-rest: Fix bug in GET /api/v1/history

I have been generating some clients. I confirm that before this fix they are buggy. After this changes they work

  • check or remove this line after you've added a CHANGELOG entry or if your PR doesn't need one (they should go into CHANGELOG/unreleased/)
