Align header and footer background to right

- Normally we are setting the artistic motif focal point is on the right
  considering the Activities section is normally on the left. This
  update changes both header and footer background to set the image
  position reference on the right so when reducing the windows size the
  background image focal point moves with it and doesn't get lost during
  the scrolling. This update makes the artistic motif relevant part
  always visible.
