- Previously, an update.sh script was used to produce localized HTML
  files. This update removes the update.sh script and uses a Makefile
  instead.

- Update the README file to describe the localization process.

- Previously, the header message didn't include the word Linux on it. As
  consequence an inconsistency with other components may be produced
  since the phrase "CENTOS LINUX 8" is being used to identify the CentOS
  product. This update changes the header message to include the word
  Linux on it.

- The directory structure of the package was changed to be consistent
  with other packages like centos-logos where there is the spec file and
  the content inside a directory of the same name and including the
  version.
