menuWidgets: Activate app search result if app can't open new window

This MR is for fixing issue on Wayland (doesn't happen on X11) ).

Issue

Single-window apps: if currently running, brought to top level and focused. If not running, launches new window.

This is desired behaviour, but doesn't work on wayland, instead if app is currently running nothing happens

Fix

Similar to gnome-shell
