Increase daily job timeout

Magnus Runesson requested to merge increase-timeout into main

Increase daily job timeout from 3.5 hour to 8 hours. We also see the issue of timeout right on the incremental jobs. Thoug, this problem is probably since we have had issues with daily. Setting those to 3 hours. Add a comment to all timeouts to make it easier to know the timeout time.
