Ci test reports to support multi project structure

This fixes the 2 issues caused by moving to a multi structure project.

The coverage script is hopefully only temporarily and I have created a new issue to improve it in some way: #74 (closed)

But it would be great to merge this, so we don't need to think about the pipelines failing at least for now while doing other stuff 💪
