Synchronize waarnemingen with what’s currently in production

Remco Haszing requested to merge sync-waarnemingen-app into master
  • The splash color is now red, instead of blue.
  • Appsemble blocks have been downgraded to match production. An upgrade is currently not possble because of #382.
  • Amsterdam blocks have been upgraded to fix some issues.
  • The commented code matches production.
