Allow reading /etc/authselect/nsswitch.conf

On systems with authselect installed, /etc/nsswitch.conf is a symlink to /etc/authselect/nsswitch.conf.

Fixes: apparmor-profiles#13 (closed)

I propose this patch for 3.0..master.
