Old enough Thunderbird installations still store their profiles in ~/.mozilla-thunderbird/ directory, with symlinks in place, but AppArmor does not follow symlinks.

In addition to supporting ~/.mozilla-thunderbird/, introduce THUNDERBIRD_USER_DIR variable to reduce code duplication.
