#101 (closed) code tidy on processors after core update, remove UserLogin and UserLogout processors, processors no longer need to use BearerToken class for user access validation.

Updated the gitlab-ci, that that now uses proper docker containers for the nginx/php instead of the previously implemented php -S, which was inconsistent.

Fixed some previously hidden PHP warnings.
