Remove generated files from avxlife/lifelogic.

Is this a friendly amendment?

This will prevent spurious "git diffs" from showing up in this directory when you build apgluxe with a rule that's not b3s23. The only downside I can think of is if you want to keep these files around for the benefit of people who can't run the Python generator, or something like that.
