Improved user experience in the settings and popup page

I have updated the Pop-Up layout to include a settings button so that the user can directly go to the settings page without having to go to options and then to settings for better user experience. I have also added the functionality to close the settings window when the 'Done' button is clicked as originally nothing happened when you clicked the button which resulted in possible confusion for users.
