Utsav's final report GSoC '19 (and some final changes)

This Merge Request contains my final report and code changes for following:

(1) Integrated every feature with the deployed API endpoints
(2) Hide and Un-Hide functionality (instead of marking hate speech which is used currently) for Hate Speech front-end (WIP)
(3) Just use the Chrome Extension from this MR (no need to run any API locally) to see the working of all functionalities contributed by me during GSoC '19
