Report Broken Features of the Extension

I added a new branch GSoC-2023 and worked on this issue(#66). These are the following broken features I found:

In the settings page:

• The toggle switches located on the settings.html page are non-functional and cannot be switched on or off.
• The red, yellow, and green circles on the top left toolbar do not work
• Done button does not work

Some other features I found were not functioning properly include:

• No result is displayed when a text is entered in the textbox and checked for fake news.
• Once the toggle next to the Social Street Smart icon is turned off, it automatically turns on even once the “Fake News” or “News Origin” button is clicked on, irrespective of whether there is text entered in the textbox or not.
