This MR adds the following features:

Adds support for the News Origin API to use custom API keys provided by the users.
Deploys the newer version of the News Origin API
Deploys the Disinformation in Images API

The file /server/imageAPI/awsPackages.zip contains the python packages for the Google Cloud API compiled specifially for AWS.
