feat: Calendar and Navigation

Description

Build Calendar and fix Navigation (Week 5):

UI of Calendar will be changed, will need to modify the framework itself for that.

• Fix Navigation
• Remove Create Election from Tab bar
• Wrap KVK Calendar to work with SwiftUI
• Study the KVK Calendar framework
• Fix various navigation bugs
• Fix bugs and add animations
• Clean code of Calendar View
