This adds a new WelcomeScreen for App Tour for users.

Please suggest the text, as I feel it is being too long, some short crisp text can be better suited here

  • Adds a new reusable component, Slides which is then used in the WelcomeScreen.
  • Had to change the name of Home to Report as it was being loaded as the first screen.
  • Adds a new TabNavigator, which is hidden and hence can navigate easily into the Main Flow
