made emission chart visible in moble view (fixes Issue #175)

The aim of this MR is to make Emission chart visible in the mobile view.

Actually the number of months that are displayed in the Emission chart decreases by 1 for every 100px decrement in screen size. It is fully responsive for any screen size.
