Wizard support for electricity related emission queries

Fixes #47 (closed) by adding wizard support for Electricity related emission queries and makes the platform more user-friendly.

  • Suggests parameter Region i.e the consumption country
  • Suggests parameter Quantity i.e the consumption quantity
  • Adds both comparative and number based response along with context-management support. Here's a preview of it:-
