Remove trailing slash from site URL when computing redirect rules for nginx and netlify
Generally, the trailing slash in the site URL is dropped. However, it's not dropped when computing the redirect rules for nginx and netlify. As a result, the locations can end up having a double slash, which then breaks the rule. Always remove the trailing slash from the site URL before using it.
