Hide section headers with `[discrete]` attribute

Asciidoctor docs https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoc/latest/blocks/discrete-headings/ note that discrete headings should not be included in TOC. Antora article TOC builder includes such headers in TOC, which is not expected behaviour.
