bump highlight from 9.18.3 to 10.5.0

  • gulp-uglify removed because there was compile error and this package is little bit outdated. thanks https://stackoverflow.com/a/59156371 I found gulp-terser which is working well and it's updated
  • main motivation is new languages which are supported by highlight.js
  • after this I want's to use this default UI as parent theme and made few build updates to add support for my languages instead of forking this repository and ends with legacy project after while
