adjust weighting of text in search results

Since the search results (i.e., hits) only have a page title and not a secondary heading, the results make more sense if the page title is emphasized and the snippet text is muted. This MR adjusts that balance. It also ensures that the snippet text is horizontally aligned with the page title. There are a few other minor refinements to the spacing as well.
