feat: add skip_from and skip_try_into flags for skipping these implementations to avoid conflicts

Redo of #76 without the formatting changes for easier review.

Instead of creating a Vec of at most 2 elements, I'm creating a struct here and parse those attributes. This seemed cleaner to me. Everything else was copy & pasted from @eredotpkfr
