Corrected make command in installation documentation to use fort77

Andrew Senior requested to merge 3-nec2-binary-does-not-work-if-compiled-with-gfortran into master

By specifying fort77 explicitly, we avoid another compiler, e.g. gfortran, being called and producing a non-functioning binary.
